Completed Plumbing Projects
We believe in transparent service delivery. Below are descriptions of completed repairs and installations where our plumbers restored system performance and prevented property damage.
Water Heater Installation — Arlington
Problem: Rusted floor boards due to a corroded 40-gallon tank showing water pooling.
Solution: Removed the rusted tank and installed a premium tankless water heater, configuring venting paths according to safety guidelines. (PHCC, 2024)
Result: Eliminated storage leak risks and reduced utility energy costs.
Slab Leak Repair — McCalla
Problem: Sudden water bill increase in the laundry room due to a broken pipe line below the concrete slab.
Solution: Used listening probes to locate the leak, removed a section of concrete, cut out the split copper section, and soldered new connections.
Result: Restored supply pressure to baseline levels and eliminated structural moisture risk under the floor.
Restroom Drainage Refit — Bessemer
Problem: Restroom toilets in a commercial retail building drained slowly due to corroded iron drain lines.
Solution: Removed old iron lines, re-piped the drains using PVC pipe assemblies, and installed low-flow commercial toilets. (EPA, 2024)
Result: Resolved backup issues and met all commercial plumbing guidelines. (ICC, 2024)
Sewer Line Repair — Woodstock
Problem: Waste backups in basement cleanouts caused by tree root intrusion in an underground clay sewer line.
Solution: Ran a video camera check, cleared clog blocks using high-pressure hydro jetting, and relined the pipe with a sleeve.
Result: Restored sewage drainage flow and avoided costly lawn excavation.
